Overview

Traxion is one of the leading companies in Mexico in ground transportation and logistics. For this project, the most crucial part was redesigning the investor's website with their new branding and creating a customized CMS for the investor's website..

Problem

Show all business areas Traxion has, which means creating a website for different user profiles and customizing and organizing a CMS with their investment information.

Process & Solution

A workshop with members of each service that Traxion offers; unfortunately, we couldn't have interviews with the final user. After this workshop, we could understand what they were looking for in their website and what the final user needed. Finally, we met with the marketing team to learn everything about the branding. I reorganized the principal sections and made submenus. I added graphic design elements mixed with their pictures, like trucks, storage centers, and people, to give some movement and a fluid design. I also added a calendar for future and past events that we included in the CMS. We had links to each section's primary information on the home page.

Challenges

Listen and understand every team's needs and be conscious about what we could resolve in the first delivery and what we must reject for further releases. We focused on the investor's section, which was the first requirement, and then started building the redesign for the website.
