Overview

It is a solution for retail companies for logistics and inventory. They could see their containers' progress from arriving at the US warehouses.

Problem

There were two platforms, and we needed to merge both into one, improve the user experience for the final user, and create a design system.

Process & Solution

With the branding defined we created a complete Design System based on MUI.

We merge the reports from both platforms and created two different types of reports one for the clients and another for the logistics team.

Challenges

We only had the branding after we started with the UI design; the UX was changing through the redesign process.

We didn't have a PO or PM, which made the requirements unclear or changing during the design process.
