Overview

Globalization Partners is an international company specializing in global remote work and payroll focused on technology. This project's requirements were web redesign, SEO optimizations, and site speed improvements, and it had to be with WordPress.

Problem

Give a new image to the website to make it more approachable and friendly to the final user. Organize the right way the information to each user persona.

Process & Solution

We had some interviews with the Costume Service and Sales team to understand the needs of the final users and define each user of the website and services, like HR, sales, employees, or managers. We created the map site with the marketing team and started with the wireframes, then the UI design, and finally, the prototyping.

We define the profile for each user and the needs of each one; also, we have to be clear with the map site; we created the navbar thinking in each user persona and a way they could find the information immediately. Each header section describes what the user will find on that page.

Challenges

Define the user personas and the final design to be authorized by the stakeholders. We had to be patient and balance what they wanted and what we could design and release in the first delivery.
